In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
shared vision and alignment on clear actions to take to slow down deployment, shift incentives for billionnaires, and take back power of the people by not feeling cynical or overwhelmed but instead, empowered to take actions they know they can take

AI is being designed by mostly young, white male developers that will be amplifying the dominant culture in power in America where I live, exacerbating inquities for women and POC. Building servers to fuel more content into AI in the middle of black/brown communities is not ok. We need a rating system for rewarding human based AI driven companies than solely profit based that consumers would embrace.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Slowing down of deployment, changing incentives to be human based, consequences for misaligned behaviors of the builders (not users)
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
AI has free reign to cut corners at the cost of those most vulnerable while benefiting just the billionnaire designers. =
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
HUGE by setting global standards for deployment that have completed a checklist of basic human rights that won't allow for cutting corners to appear like they get more users. Ie. FB lowering it's chatbots age to 8 in allowing romantic conversations. That's just so wrong.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?

How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Divide by sector Ie. education, private business, government, etc. and come up with a list of actions that each group can take for it's members very easily and actionable. you could also divide by 4 groups of
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Education, people of color, private small business. Coordinate easy ways for those groups to gather and galvanize into collective action in ways in their community. Create ways for them to hold AI Doc screenings for collective action to get on the same page its very dangerous so that people unsubscribe as a user to the billionnaire companies incentivized by profit at any cost and can subscribe to healthy ethcial AI companies who are not cutting corners. Make a list of AI companies deploying to quickly to boycott.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Show clips of AI Doc and mimic the interview with Oprah on the AI Doc as a template where everyone saw the movie AI Doc, then they discussed teh promise and peril with real live people impacted by AI, then discussed actions that could be taken. Divide into areas of interest where people want to take action: legislation (calling senator, health and wellness/mental health, schools, etc. then have those groups create action committees to determine the easiest low lying fruit they can take.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
Center for Humane's Technology already created a very clear 8 point report of all the above.
