AI leaders say they do not know how to make AGI saft, so lets work on that now, fast. The socio-economic impacts of AGI will be much different that current form of more narrow AGI - this distinction is a current gap. If we lose control of AGI giving birth to artificial super intelligence, human rights is likely a causality.

In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

The urgency to develop and implement national and international governance systems for AGI - not early AGI but the AGI that can can improve itself continually by continually rewriting its own code.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.

Leaders of AI companies say that that there is a 10% or more chance that unregulated AGI could lead to human extinction.

What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?

Increase awareness among politicians and legislators that they have to take on governance of AGI as a top priority.

The views of 55 AGI leaders in the US, China, UK, the European Union, Canada, and Russia to the 22 questions were collected for an in-depth overview of the issues. Phase 2 What to do about these issues? 40 potential regulations and guidelines for governance of AGI were assessed along with 5 global governance models by 335 futurists, diplomats, and a range of AGI experts from 65 countries. Create Real-Time Delphi studies https://www.millennium-project.org/real-time-delphi/ it is a questionnaire type that allows people to see each other's text a numeric inputs in real-time and edit their own contact in response to others' inputs all doe anonymously.

Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?

Indigenous people - can be contacted through UN Groups. And tech leaders from Sam Altman to Elon Musk.

What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?

Real-Time Delphi's can be run during the dialogues.

Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.

Phase 2 of The Millennium Project study on AGI governance: distills insights from 55 of the world's leading AGI experts on 22 questions on the future of AGI. Drawing on these insights, it identifies 40 national and international regulations and 5 governance models that are assessed by an international 299-member panel.
