Concrete policy guidance for countries and regions to deliberately align AI with digital public infrastructure, so they reinforce each other: overcoming constraints to push for coordinated strategies, coherent governance, open technical architectures that enable innovation while preserving sovereignty, and measurable inclusion even for the hardest people to reach.

I'm sure a lot of people will answer civil society. Another that comes to mind is city governments who often have different interests and challenges than national governments.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Use AI! For example, to host conversations between people who speak different languages and don't usually get to interact.
