In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
How to deal with data sovereignty, data bias and proprietary infrastructure coming from the global north and being used in the global south.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

The themes listed intersect each other but with opaque AI the need of safe, secure and trustworthy is key to make sure we keep having democracies and not help totalitarian regimes using data to persecute people.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

I think the question and options should have sub options as it's hard to know what's included in what. However, I think private and public alliances might be missing.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
My region owns nothing, so open source is key. We have dictatorships who could use Ai to further their plans, and for decades already we still have interoperability problems.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
There is no global nothing that doesn't start with a global dialogue. Ai is global, biased but global, so north south collaboration and south south collaboration is absolutely key.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?

How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Private companies want to maximize profit no matter what, while minorities want to be recognized and protected. But a dialogue need to account for languages, ways of communicating and vertical approaches. Those affected, for instance, uneducated people, people who can't travel, people who hold no power, people who do not speak hegemonic languages need to find a way through other means than conferences and suits.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Lgtbiq, afro, Indigenous and the whole global south
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Etnographies, art interventions, descentralization all with previous training. Providing opinions based on guesses and hunches is always a problem.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
