In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
Outcomes indicating success would include reaching a consensus on agreed-upon concrete action-based steps forward as to the following areas: AI impacts to the workforce (e.g. US Draft Bill on a National AI Framework), AI in education (students using independent creative thought instead of overreliance on AI), but also conceptualizing responsible agentic AI best practices, plus addressing quantum readiness.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Social, economic, ethical, cultural, linguistic and technical implications of AI
- Interoperability of governance approaches
- Protection and promotion of human rights
- Transparency, accountability, and human oversight

Students nowadays do assignments using AI, devoid of creative thought. Students, per a recent Johns Hopkins Open Debate panel, are fearful AI will make jobs obsolete. Quantum will soon be an AI accelerate and it is imperative to start that conversation. AI agents are entering discussions in law firms. More dialogue is needed on a global level to provide clarity.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
The Nationwide AI U.S. Draft Bill has not yet passed and there are over 100 state-level AI and privacy laws across a widely disparate patchwork landscape. More clarity is needed around AI in education and the workforce, and agentic AI will only further serve to amplify current-known AI risk.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
AI Dialogue can help shape the path toward elucidating much-needed best practices surrounding the use of AI for good.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
AI Dialogue could further enhance Humane Intelligence's AI efforts beyond mere AI benchmarking; Sateesh Nori's AI and access to justice initiative, NIST in terms of agentic AI, and future quantum readiness with PsiQuantum and a number of similar types of entities.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
This can be through round robin dialogue in miniature 10 person max breakout sessions coupled to a larger subject matter topic discussion.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Underrepresented voices are very likely those countries in the Global South, and particularly, those areas of Africa (and any country for that matter) with localized regional dialects not commonly found within training data of an AI model, thus impacting the accuracy of the output itself.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
A book discussion on a salient topic would be great!

Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI provides a list of key agentic risk areas as a starting point. The National Draft AI Bill is one to watch as it serves to possibly standardize the regulation of AI on a national scale, while promoting American innovation.
