Practical guidance that helps to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, particularly on freedom of expression, with respect to AI issues.

As I have discussed in my article titled A New Frontier for an International Right with No Frontiers: Freedom of Expression and Generative AI Outputs (available here: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=6133727), international human rights standards should be applied to government action in this space and companies should fulfill their duty to respect human rights in this field.
