In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
Regulations and ethical frameworks (like international ethics councils that monitor ai development and use). Buy in from international community as to need and speed of regulation. A way for citizens to shape AI utilities companies

Only a couple of people are in charge of world changing technology. It should be governed by representatives throughout society that reflect the needs of diverse communities and consider the harm and benefits for humans over corporate profit.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Gender falls under cultural and social implications, but right now major AI and tech companies are run by male leadership. Women represent half of the world's population and should be represented in the construction and governance of AI tools.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
In the tech industry, massive changes are taking place for workers. Without knowing the cognitive or social effect, workers are being required to use AI to do aspects of their jobs, and have no say in how AI is being implemented, and over emphasized, despite the environmental, social, technical and workforce concerns.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
This is a conversation that everyone should know about and have a chance to contribute to. I hope the AI dialogue will become a hot spot for creative innovation around how AI is used, controlled, shaped and governed
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Community town halls, grassroots campaigns to educate and collect feedback from real people, small business owners, educators, technologists, and other vital members of states and nations. A representative from every area.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
AI is currently dominated by men, in highly capitalistic organizations. Everyone else is underrepresented - we need women, minorities, non-technologists, differently abled, non-profits, religious organizations etc
