In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
I hope that the world leaders in AI development will come to the conclusion that a progress so rapid is a serious threat to society and humanity.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Interoperability of governance approaches
- Protection and promotion of human rights
- Transparency, accountability, and human oversight
- Social, economic, ethical, cultural, linguistic and technical implications of AI

In my research I am convinced that the strive for general intelligence must be completely demolished. Humanity must focus on narrow AI tools. Must there be AI agents?
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

I do think that there must be no private company researching AI (OpenAI, Anthropic) on its own without supervision that is also presented to all people.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
People are loosing jobs rapidly, not knowing what is a safe path, which jobs would remain. People also fear that too much power is focused on a few CEOs, giving them decisions that are humanities.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
It could arise AI threat awareness. And not in the scenes of building safer AGI but that AGI within itself is not safe. There must be laws banning its research.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
It must build similar mechanisms for international surveillance over AI development that exist with construction of Nuclear weapons. No private company must be able to manufacture it.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
The stakeholders must present what worries and problems they encounter within their communities in connection with AI.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
The voices of AI researchers, warning us about the dangers of AGI development. Please invite those people to the Dialogue.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
The title itself must be enough to grab the interest of most people.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
