Citing a study by Stanford and UC Berkeley. The researchers discovered that Chat gpt's math accuracy fell from 97.6% to 2.4% in June 2023. It is now beyond speculation that Ai is sense making of what we humans are uploading from our collective histories, impacted wisdom and the receding understanding of our life location, both in the universe and time. The frameworks we need for AI interestingly can be brought in sight through the lens of mainstreaming social technologies which serve as binders of social cohesion and help us deliver on the promise of intellectual, cultural & performance cohesion. The present-day lack of such a mechanism of social engagement and our comfort to gamble with life nurturing values are deeply misaligned with the unfailing Laws of Nature & sacred creation. All our institutions of industry, governance, healthcare, finance, education, family systems, human to national security, the ecosystem of us, are therefore under cyber, physical & mental threat creating a global high-tension loop challenged by the problem of intention. We are at a juncture where we need to broad range our understanding awareness and acceptance of sentience. The spiral out from a single celled organism was, is and will always be an extension of the preceding link in the chain of that continuity. If we do not repurpose and justify our birthing to this idea of being in service as a link in the chain of continuity, we can never exercise discernment and therefore AI will be weaponized like every other discovery of tools and trades since the cave era on earth to now in outer space. I therefore request this forum to expand the policy, governance and advocacy purview to build transdisciplinary direction for human thinking towards the philosophy, biology and cosmology of life, existence and begin deciphering & articulating the deeper systemic function of the Anthropocene within the domain of Nature thus promoting a respectful culture of human thrivability. Our regulatory & operational frameworks will emerge from our renewed understanding of our construct as life.

As the Country chair in India for Ecocivilization, a network present in 52 countries, I speak as someone who has always observed the impact of neglect towards children, animals, vulnerability & life in general and in 2014 developed a multistakeholder system of nurturing adolescents called, BE WELL - which is both a wish upon the next generation and stands for Behaviour & Well framework, through which I have worked on Riot de-victimization, prison reforms, deradicalization of youth caught in terrorism, suicide prevention and more. As a UN representative I have written and consulted for many UN agencies and events such as the High-Level Political forum, and The Pact for the future where I ensured the inclusion of mitigation of Transnational organized crime in financial flows & cyber security as action item 24. My pivot now is towards green energy ecosystems which is demanded by the growing AI infra. If we want energy transition, which we do, we need to free waste, water and natural resources from local & transnational organized crime. In India, while we are resilient country, our pop value systems and institutional operations are proving insufficient which is true for almost all of the world today. Our rise in the AI and technology space is not new considering that in the last 20 years almost 60% of global data processing has been delivered by India, it has given rise to attraction towards short term gains than social legacy building thus propagating a purely transactional and increasingly less humanistic culture of engagement, which is how we react to growing technologies. Our poorest region in the country has also been the highest in cyber crime owning to financial, familial and values based vulnerabilities.

The dialogue must establish itself as an ongoing exchange center which drives & guides impactful narratives, lays down audit protocols and offers vulnerability mitigation/course correction through multi disciplinary and cross sectoral solution mixes. The Dialogue should also emerge in delivering a first of its kind Human Constitution which helps us re-visit our purpose and function as a specie without boundaries since AI is boundary agnostic.

Perspectives : Social Technologies or Laws of Nature that build social cohesion as an equally significant other of Deep Technology. For now the only adaptation is for narrative and algorithmic manipulation and mass misguidance. A weaving between the 2 should be aimed at long term stabilization of the human core and our institutional design. Moving away from the old world military industrial complex to a socio-industrial exchange. A dedicated working group within the AI Dialogue should be invested in gathering such insights and conceptualize a pathway to social mobility achieved through industry rebalancing mitigating the need for weaponization, degradation into submission of national sovereignty and denigration of individual human dignity, Such a culture may guide the AI governance models
