As a faith group, we are mainly concerned with the ethical and practical aspects of AI. We recognize its potential in improving lives for humans and the planet, but need to be aware of the risks and downsides. Its benefits gave been widely reported, while its problems are also becoming worse. Just like cities are built before having their constitutions in place. And they are moving too fast to be reined in. Unless regulators or governance work with AI developers, they will simply be cleaning up after the mess.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Misinformation is becoming rampant. YouTubers and online players are using AI on an hourly basis to churn out tons of misleading content. Not to mention deep fakes and fake multi media. Criminals and fraudsters are also exploiting AI to run their schemes on a large scale, causing countless victims to fall into their traps. Victims' losses can hardly be accounted for. AI and Criminals are moving too fast to be stopped.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
As AI runs across countries, the Dialogue platform provides a means for nations to collaborate on transnational issues. AI regulations are very fragmented at the moment, requiring pooled efforts to speed up learning and governance. But without the participation of AI developers, we will simply be cleaning up after their mess.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?

Recommended format and structure 1.
