In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
1. A global agreement that we all need a global framework for AI Governance instead of individual or cluster of countries. 2. A global draft agreement on the framework of sectors of AI Governance. 3. Committees on regional level (e.g. asia-pacific) to target monitor policies and onboarding leaders for the initiative. 4. Securing interest from Global political, business and scholars into the event. 5. Commitment to hold this again.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
Transparency, accountability, and human oversight;

Organizations must be transparent about the use, issues AI is creating. The AI model test results should be public and available to the scholarly world. Global law for AI accountability must be established. Countries that have advanced AI technology must held their AI companies accountable for AI missues in smaller countries rather than patronising the AI companies. Every human matters.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

AI should be rational instead of being biased with ideology of left or right or religious or cultural. Lack or rationality kills AI progress in analysis and limit growth. There is not one correct answer to any situation but there is always the most viable and rational answer.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Lack of transparency is misinformation, which should be illegal specially. AI companies should accountable for AI tools misuse and their negative effects to kids and it's uses in scams. AI have ability to manipulate facts and hallucinate, which accounts as unethical influence.
