In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
My opinion, it's firstly about meeting each other and building trust, and then establishing an AI governance ecosystem. After that, it's important to prioritize a few clear goals that this ecosystem can realistically solve. Focusing on simple, achievable tasks is key, because early success helps the whole system work better. Also, strengthening the social side and real human experience is very important for successful fulfillment of the task.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

Interoperability of governance approaches;
Please briefly explain your selection.
I focus on one main task, because an undeveloped digital and social environment cannot effectively solve many tasks at the same time. Interoperability is the key objective for establishing an effective and working governance network.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Don't rub salt in the wound. ) My purpose is to establish Georgia's social self-defense system and CIMIC. All of this needs to be communicated through digital platforms and networks, which should be regulated by effective digital governance.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
The role of AI will emerge naturally during inter institutional and international coordinations. In new technologies and practices the main rule is not to push the transformation and restrict artificial manipulation. Technical transformation should goes on its own way and logic.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Just work on their pros and cons; be honest in their benefits; and open to discuss their interests! The hidden goals will misleading in the very beginning which will develop the future unresolvable conflicts
