In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
AI is currently a new general purpose technology and it should be available to all demanding access to AI resources in a fair, equitable, transparent and reasonable manner. The so called digital gap shouldn't be further aggravated by a more devastating AI gap. In this context a global and credible initiative needed to balance the world resources with the growing needs.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

My choices are basically for making AI to be available in a more advanced and efficient way around the countries regardless of their development level.

A special focus on dataspaces could be relevant. Because Data spaces are critically important for making AI to provide the most.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
My country is currently more on user side of AI rather than development of it. That directly impacts access to critical technology infrastructure and may affect its sovereignty.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
It may create a framework of minimum standards for all to have access to AI resources. This could be a base line as in the case of COP processes within the realm of green transformation.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Currently there are only regional initiatives. GSMA might be a relatively global platform but it is not enough.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
All private stakeholders of AI development from chip producers to data centres and critical AI companies. NGOs Governments Independent consultants
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
