Health. The input of a machine or AI into a human and replacing one's free will to think or communicate for themselves. To be used as a robot or experiment. The mind and the spirit are one, according to Christianity. To replace the mind is to replace the spirit and ultimately the soul.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.

Communities. The shortage runs from the ground up, but is managed from the up to the ground. So the gaps fall in between. Without proper communication, and leadership in the high ranking, the communities have no resources to better themselves. Health declines, so the upper may feel like AI is needed when it's not. Change in leadership approach is.
