In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?

From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Safe, secure and trustworthy AI
- Social, economic, ethical, cultural, linguistic and technical implications of AI
- Protection and promotion of human rights
- Transparency, accountability, and human oversight

'Human Welfare', must remain the pivotal focus, nonnegotiable. Everything else to be adjusted accordingly but Human Welfare must not be compromised. Everything else is tools and means.

Yes, AI is both an unprecedented opportunity and an existential threat. If used properly with complete alignment then it will be the greatest opportunity to liberate humanity from the clutches of modern slavery. If it is not handled the way we managed the pandemic, expect global chaos and massive distortion.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Like I said, the first thing is to see what we are dealing with. Do we fully understand it? Is it something we can control and these use it to our advantage, as humankind? Can we retain our control? If things ever go wrong, can we stop it? So, the idea is to seek global alignment first, and them comes the next phase. We must handle it like a team, not as business rivals and competitors.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
It would be a very important step where we can sit together to understand what we are dealing with. To me it seems that we have no idea as to what have we unleashed, and at what point it will no longer need us, and will develop itself. That will ve point of no return for as as there will be effectively no controls, whereas we are bound by laws.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Global alignment is the first and foremost objective.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
All countries should participate, and we need people from all walks of life, the SME's, business leaders, academia, celebrities, and the general public.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Like I mentioned above, all representatives to participate, and it should be a live broadcast, if possible.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
For format we can ask AI to prepare a comprehensive format, our priority should be to seek global alignment.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
That will be the task of the global team that will suggestions re how to handle the situation and propose ways to manage the process. I can share a broad proposal as to what should be the ultimate objective, and what sort of a world we should create in view of the emergence of AI, leading to AGI and who knows what
