My concern is around sustainability and insatiable demand of AI on the planetary resources. To this end, we need to discuss and uncover all the impacts of AI on cognition, belonging, identity, sovereignty and sustainability.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.
Yes, the sustainability angle. I am keen to support with our research on conscious consumption, the energy paradox and the need for better AI literacy and ethics education.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Schools are frozen in fear, experimenting recklessly or hyperfocussed on assessment. We need them to think in a very layered way, governing and leading, creating policies, supporting learning, developing alternative student pathways and protecting our sustainability goals and progress in social equality and equity and AI challenges all of these ideas.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
The Dialogue can provide a much needed articulation of the bigger, most important ideas of AI governance (protection, risk management, innovative opportunities, ethical unlocks and more)
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
A framework for sustainable, ethical AI literacy to support conscious consumption and counteract cognitive atrophy and offloading.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.

Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
AI has a negative space problem. The assumptions and bias are well acknowledge but the counteractions or considerations are underdone.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Embodied learning spaces, collaborative engagement, synchronous problem solving is still possibly the most engaging modes of collaboration
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
