In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
Noting and acknowledging gaps in current AI narratives. There are stories of AI being the one-stop solution to every human problem, only to create an existential crisis for the human race. On the other hand, there are those who argue that AI should be banned outright. The reality lies somewhere in between and should be approached with caution.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
Transparency, accountability, and human oversight;
Please briefly explain your selection.
Transparency, accountability, and human oversight cover the remaining themes, providing a middle ground between the existing pace of AI and automation and human oversight in understanding the gaps in current AI systems.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Environmental costs of developing and maintaining AI systems, and the inequity in the dynamics of which countries/regions get to develop them.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
1. We do not have the minimum level of digital and computer science education and upskilling to help people understand what AI is, how it can help, or even take over their jobs. 2. We do not have the infra and equaitbality funded govt-private opportunities to develop AI solutions specific for our needs.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
Understand the impact of AI is going to affect all human work and humans, thereby needing solutions that can scale beyond a certain geography. It also needs to develop frameworks that can be broadly adopted.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
The Global South, especially organizations such as schools, hospitals, and NGOs that deal with people in a highly personalized setting and on a regular basis, requires stronger data protection laws.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
