In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?

I think the main goal is to help the global community managing everything that has to be managed so companies can be more focused on actual implementation. There are so many points to consider and that huge inmensity needs to be addressed specifically. I think the focus to be prioritized is People-first and this dialog may include other topics related to AI Governance: outcome management or security.

From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

1

Safe, secure and trustworthy AI;Transparency, accountability, and human oversight;AI capacity-building;Open-source software, open data and open AI models;

Please briefly explain your selection.

Open source is indeed a source of complexity that brings issues such as tracking data that is used for training the LLM. Transparency, accountability, and human oversight, together with AI capacity-building backs my previous statement on complexity and ubiquity of this technology.

In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Sure, the (artificial general intelligence) AGI should also be addressed.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.

I see there is a huge gap between state-of-the-art and average implementation, as well as, the gap between state-of-the-art and laws bodies.

What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?

Connecting the dots may be a short answer for this, considering this generally, AI could help in almost every major issue that happens in the world, since it helps us identify all kind of information that could help, plan better, I mean, everything. Of course we still need humans but almost anything we do can be enhanced by this technology, cooperation included.

What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?

AI EU ACT

How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.

I think this very initiative could be enhance by AI by helping UN manage this issues according to priority and, together with proper foundation for this body, it could be the a good start point.

Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?

I think there is much buzz about graphic aspect of Gen AI but not that much to the organizational features.

What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?

Natural meetings driven by common sense and sense of priority to the agreed goals of this body.

Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
