In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?

From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Safe, secure and trustworthy AI
- Social, economic, ethical, cultural, linguistic and technical implications of AI
- Open-source software, open data and open AI models
- Transparency, accountability, and human oversight
Please briefly explain your selection.
As Ai and its sector of the industry is evolving, it is definitely calling upon more secure and safe options of usage. This also implies the social, ethical and cultural implications on the hybrid framework and how it affects certain communities in real time around the world. Many technical communities including our own, is also interested in creating a certain kind of transparency in tech usage (i.e. crypto projects) that can provide different new perspectives but also create an autonomous and safe environment. Human oversight and moderation is essential in its growth. And the open-source community should become more aware and be called upon as they are encouraging to world solutions in tech, and can provide support in a more integrative and beneficial way to both parties.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Yes definitely, my paper submission also touches upon the necessary tech support needed in current conflict zones, and the relevancy of discussing these issues and their much needed support as soon as possible to lead towards further applied action to the global communities. We need to be more open in discussing these matters with the global communities and can intersect many resources already existing to provide open-source and open-ended support.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
In the Ai and technology communities, there exist more of a gap that is discouraging new businesses and tech entrepreneurs from entering into the industry, because it has become confusing to understand the resource allocation, access, and interoperability of the resource in their existing projects and frameworks. New, small, and middle level businesses can be a greater asset in the global scale to provide significant services, so long as they understand how to get involved and further transparency in the process.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
Discussing important matters such as the demands of the current technology industry, its supportive tech global communities, updates on tech innovation tools that can be open source, discussing world matters that require understanding and ethical thinking on a higher scale of usage and management. They can also discuss matters about voting infrastructure for AI governance in general and how it can be done, just making mild suggestions how to create.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
I could write an entire paper submission on this as a separate attachment within email if possible. I have some ideas on which existing initiatives, partnerships, and other entities the UN can get involved with and interweave the relationships within the organizations, foundations and associations. There are some great digital hubs in Spain, Paris, and India that can connect to the higher calling for the tech global call to action and make it a long term relationship building experience.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
It is discussed within my paper submission, and they can even submit a proof of work of a facet of the project to be done.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?

What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
We can have more livestreams, online video accessible virtual groups, events, workshops, discussions, presentations, and I am specialized in the virtual reality collaboration spaces where many private and high level convening can be hosted in virtual real time for guests and participants to engage in.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
