From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

1) "Safe, secure and trustworthy AI" - To establish a set of harmonised principles for appropriate use of AI, including acceptable use cases. 2) "Interoperability of governance approaches" - To establish a reference set of governance structures, including roles and responsibilities, and policy/frameworks to manage AI use. 3) "Transparency, accountability, and human oversight" - To provide a set of controls to address the protection of human agency.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Economic models for distribution of income due to emerging/new models of Human-AI operating models at work.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
1) Unethical or unsafe use of AI which may compromise individual identities and organisations, e.g., scams and fraud, AI generated pornography. 2) Too many references and guidance on AI governance without a coalescing common set of guidelines. 3) Lacking a consistent reference for roles and responsibilities distribution, inhibiting rates of adoption and lacking awareness of risks to be managed.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
Create a safe and trusted platform where open discussions can take place without politics intervening. Creating knowledge and implementation references for easier adoption.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Consider the model that the Geneva Dialogue had been operating.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Taking reference from the Geneva Dialogue, representation from Civil Society, Public Agency, Private organisation, industry professional associations, and academia, could be useful to ensure well-rounded representation. There could be quarterly thematic engagements to drive progress to the objectives, with focus area Task Force or committees to work on the specific outcomes.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Civil society is under-represented. Often this would mean the inclusion of unions, human rights groups.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Using Table Top Exercises is an effective and experiential approach to drive participation and outcomes for the AI Dialogue.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
