In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
To agree upon the main ethical principles that should guide the use of UA in academia.

AI is advancing so fast that it might be used in harmful domains. In academia it's being used and should be regulated, there won't be a harm as big as harming the human knowledge and lowering the general intelligence of humanity. Scientific research should be ethical and should remain human centric.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.
Inclusion and equity are the main principles that should be given importance alongside with the other cited ones. Our strength as humanity is in our diversity and the respect we have to our minorities.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
As a 3rd world country seeking to be developed and catch up the most advanced ones, our countries needs regulated laws that guide the use of AI. Many scholars agree that there should more communication about this issue.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
The AI dialogue is the least level that can help harness the cooperation about AI. It will spark the importance of cooperating for humanity good and give venues of points to discuss and leverage so to enhance the positivity of this disruptive innovation.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Being the main framework that is internationally known and experienced in the matters of cooperation, the UN seems to be the most promising opportunity for the humanity to seize so to build upon more collaboration on AI issues. It's a matter of understanding that the UN is not just an organisation it's the most powerful for international cooperation on all matters.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
I think it's an organisational matter, the organizers might use plenary conferences and workshops.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
3rd world countries should be heard, and mostly included in the huge opportunity for humanity development.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
It depends on the themes and the stakeholders.
