basic technological skills(capacity building ) should be applied along with AI Governance for effective reach of the governance to the downtrodden communities .Social and Economic factors needs urgent validation as transparency ,accountability and human oversight issues are faced by people who are socially and economically backward

AI Capacity building of grass root level agencies at remote areas of development
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
AI Governance is mostly accessible to people who can access to smart phones, data networks, technological assistance but whereas the poor have smart phones don't have preliminary knowledge on AI Governance by which many of their developmental benefits are benefited by others
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
AI Dialogue can play an important role in ensuring the effective/transparent & accountability outreach of the governance to the vulnerable communities
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Governments should constitute Local Youth heads from downtrodden communities, Women Self Help Groups, Meritorious Technological Indigenous Youth committees
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Youth and people from grass root level.i.e. people living in forests, deep remote areas, isolated hill villages are currently underrepresented and they can be included by the local civil society or local state governments
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
