It would be imperative to examine the impact of AI from the perspective of countries with large and semi technically qualified workforce with objective to minimize negative impact of the same on Employment generation

The tendency to marginalised the Labour component as also introduce inhumane practice theyby overlooking UDHR Articles as also National Laws protecting the rights of workforce and consequently having impact on the livelihood.

The collaborations among stakeholders to minimize the adverse impact on workforce inarticulate and governance in general.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
As of now there exist an environment of laizefair with mono focus on Economic growth. The is need for addressing at the outcomes of AI intreration and pace thereof on the employability. Induction ofAI ignoring impact of the same on the conditions of employment would prove to be counterproductive in countries of global south.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
The AI would be of immense useful in bridging the gaps and pave way for a comprehensive look at the pros and cons of the AI ain't respect.to Countries of global south.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Presently the discourses of AI are held in interest groups exclusively with government and focused on enhancing induction without due consideration a out it's impact on socialcohision and human rights. The engagement of worker's organisation's are almost negligible inspite of the fact that it the workforce that is going to impacted by the ongoing transition.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
There is dire need to remove apprehensions that exist as also to promote collaborations, common understanding, and collective approach on AI and governance thereof in the context of national challenges
