In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?

1:Practical safety rules. -Social media and AI platforms to have simple reporting tools for major african languages example swahili. 2: Global commitment to digital literacy. -That AI safety and ethics are taught in school worldwide by 2028,ensuring youth are protected online because they are majority users. 3:Inclusive governance. -Guarantee that youth and women from the global south are represented in all UN AI decision making.success means AI governance is shaped by those most affected by it not just technology companies.

From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

I choose these because: 1:Safe AI and human right. -Are fundamental without safety AI can violete privacy and dignity especially young people because are majority users online . 2:AI capacity building. -Because many communities in africa lack basic knowledge to use AI safety and benefit from it economically and technologically. 3:Social,economic,ethical,cultural,linguistic and technical implication of AI. -Because it only work in english many people are excluded and local culture is ignored.

In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Yes, through my following view. 1:AI users and youth. -A large percentage of users of internet are youth specific protection from addictive of AI,fake content and online exploitation. 2:Economic fairness. -African countries countries provide data usage to train AI system but do not benefit economically. I would like the global dialogue also to look how fair models for data value sharing to support local innovation and education.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.

In Tanzania is affected as follows: 1:Because there are no clear laws on AI safety, student face deep fakes and online abuse but can not report it in swahili.also at the university and schools don't teach AI safety so youth use AI tools without knowing the risks.this make the internet unsafe for the next generation life. 2:In Tanzania there is no rules about how big technology companies use our data to train AI.this means we provide the data but don't get jobs or money from AI industry we are missing a chance to train youth for AI tools. CHALLENGE: -The biggest problem is that AI is spreeding very fast but our laws are slow.youth are getting bullied with fake AI pictures and they can not report because there is no where to get help. OPPORTUNITY: -We have a chance in Tanzania where youth are smart and creative with good AI rules we can make our own apps that understand our culture and language and even sell them to other countries.

What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?

This dialogue can make countrie work together through. 1: It should create a global rule in every social media app must have AI rules that govern it but also button in local language like swahili this will help youth of Tanzania. 2: Can force developed countries and technology companies to sit with youth from africa in the same room. right decision are made without us. 3:Digital safety fund ,so that poor countries can teach AI safety in school and university.

What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?

1: It should work with the AFRICA AI POLICIES AND STRATEGY because AU already under stand our problems. 2:Also it should parterns with UNICEF 'S digital safety programs since they protect children online safety. 3:Added value is that it is first UN meeting where youth can speak directly ,other group are government and large companies .this dialogue can collect the real information from youth of Tanzania and bring them into global AI rules.

How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.

1: Youth circle where 10 student from Tanzania can join online and speak 5 minute each because no government people talking to us. 2:Whatsapp polls in swahili before meeting collect 10,000 youth options and show them on a big screen at UN.that even student without internet can participate.

Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?

The most ignored voice are youth girls in africa ,especially in rural areas global AI meeting only invite professions and CEO's from europe. 1: The internet bhndles should be payed for youth girls can join zoom calls . Many of us missed meeting because data is expensive. 2:Story fellows : select 50 normal student from Tanzania,Kenya,Uganda record them for 2 minutes videos about AI problem in their school or university.

What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?

1: AI abuse simulator. -make un delegates use a fake AI app that bullies them in swahili. 2:Voice notes challenge on watsapp. -ask youth globally to post 30 second videos. 3:Live swahili translation. -All session must have real time swahili translation .if we can't understand, we can't participate.

Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.

1: Tanzania cyber crime act can be updated to inside AI deep fakes .right now police don't know how to hand fake videos but the law is good start. 2:Whatsapp forward many times label is good practice. It warns people about fake news AI platfom should do the same for AI content.
