In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
I have been in the working groups of UN Women for AI programming and developer since 2011 in Germany until June 2025 via IGF in Norway in which I participated on remote access (online). I myself joined the real classes on AI since I was teenager in Indonesia intended for entertainment (in Cibubur Jakarta) and at school in Australia (2002-2003), California (2004-2005), in Singapore (2007), in Germany (2011-2013). In my opinion, AI is very useful especially for managing risks in disaster management. However, due to heated rivalry in AI ethical conducts especially in the use for Internet of Things (IoT) and other related "privacy concerning" data management and surveillance methods, I have stated my opinion in IGF Norway 2025 that despite the fact that AI is useful, the use of hybrid technology in my country (Indonesia) and I guess also in Southeast Asia resulted in ramifications for authentic automatization that eventually put women and children in danger (i.e: the use of visual API and content moderator, the automatization for Home - related Smart Technology).
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Safe, secure and trustworthy AI
- Protection and promotion of human rights
- Transparency, accountability, and human oversight
- Interoperability of governance approaches
Please briefly explain your selection.

Safe secure and trustworthy AI is still problematic especially for programmers in the Developing Countries that need to be guaranteed that "our works" are under mutual trust with the sponsor especially those who gain so much benefit from technoscape management. Interoperability of governance approaches is at priority especially when abusive use of AI has been taken that cost to human life and our environment. These include our stand for protecting and promoting human rights including transparent accountability and human oversight.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

I am impoverished just like my parents due to human rights violation in Indonesia. However, I do believe that my knowledge and skills are very important to be shared within my communities in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and my global communities too.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Very much especially because I told my nieces and my nephews also my students since 2016 that our capital logics in Indonesia "follow" the Chinese (Beijing) networks despite the fact that Beijing got their internet connection after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. It means, "Sillicon Valley" and it intermediaries are still working for us. Digital and Digitality are very crucial to be understood by our children especially those who are born with smartphone. I was born in the 70s and my parent "only important treasure" was our cable telephone although we lived in the slump area in Jakarta until mid 80s. Connectivity is important but not above. Connectivity only works when we are accompanied by humanist virtue. Otherwise technology will only end up in the hand of "authoritarian regimentation of robotic minds (yes - no / binary thinking only).
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
I don't know. I have been "isolated" to access my government role in advancing tech especially for women since 2019. I only keeping up or catching up with my family, friends and "other colleagues".
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
You have the archives, don't you? I hope the archives are still important to look up. However, archiving was and is still political. It is a timely priority to be considered. For instance, I won't let my nieces and nephews believe that Steve Jobs "molested" children for his past experiment, because I have the archives of hoaxes from magazines etc. Just like I said to my students that Raymond Williams and Pierre Bourdieu were not fascists just because they joined forced military works during the World War II. Legacy is an important thema too especially because history of human rights is also a history of technological development. This should be addressed because the impacts of recent wars in Ukraine, Palestine, and Iran, also other parts of the World. Peace (*).
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
It's already mentioned by ITU on how digital failed.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Please be specific for those affected by wars.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
OMG, what kind of this question that I have to answer again and again?
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.
same as before
