Leadership diversity: how stronger governance emerges when women and men, senior and younger leaders, technical and human sciences perspectives, are included in system design and oversight. Sandbox-to-rollout execution: how responsible innovation requires controlled testing environments, board oversight, and pathways for scaling trustworthy systems rather than isolated pilot projects.
