In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
In my opinion, one of the statement of the outcome document would be that AI tools should be human centered and trustworthy. There should be a structure that monitor if any AI tool on market is safe and secure enough.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Safe, secure and trustworthy AI
- Interoperability of governance approaches
- Transparency, accountability, and human oversight
- Open-source software, open data and open AI models
Please briefly explain your selection.

AI should not put the human beings in danger. The operation of the any AI tool should require a human oversight. Also, I support the use of open source, open AI models because I am convinced that is how innovation would be promoted in that domain. And this would allow more people to benefit from AI and avoid AI divide.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

inclusiveness and diversity. My opinion is that AI tools should be built in the manner that they don't exclude some people.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
AI models should be open source. That way, any skilled person could contribute to their betterment. Also, promoting openness would allow accessibility to the benefits of those tools to all.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
AI Dialogue needs to come up with a resolution to set up a multistakeholder structure on AI. Its role would be to monitor that all AI tools are set up in the respect of guiding principles.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Internet Governance Forum. The forum might change the name and become "Digital Governance Forum if necessary.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
#NAME?
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
I think women, youths, and the people coming from the least developed countries ( the weak side of the already existing digital and economic divide). To avoid this, there is a need to conduct capacity building activities.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
I suggest that the AI Dialogue should be open to all through allowing online participation. I suggest that media house world wide should be involved and be supported to continuously inform the world population at large.
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.

I think the multistakeholder approach used at the IGF would be the best way to go.
