For exemple, if we take my country of West Africaj State of Guinea-Conakry, we are nowhere in terms of technology. Many countries like our African countries or, elsewhere, we are under Digital colonialiism. This is because, not every country of our world is having technology. So, those technogical power countries with Microsoft, facebook and more others, keep on the superiority of controling the digital medias of all those countries of our world without much technology. We think it's advisable to bring together all those countries of our world with technologies, and those without but, have vast mineral on negotions to share technologies and resouces with gaurantee of formidable international laws to make a great deal that nobody can cheat, and pull out of the deal at the end of the day. You can now understand that our Green New World Digital Plan of Real Institutional Alternative Reforms proposal is based on global collectivity. We are living in a world of interdependancy, which we need full global cooperation before we all survive together. We hope, we have made ourselves fully understood to you.
