In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?
Everyone realizes that governance is not a destiny, instead is a journey that one has to ensure is applied, monitored and sustained throughout.
From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?
- Safe, secure and trustworthy AI
- AI capacity-building
- Social, economic, ethical, cultural, linguistic and technical implications of AI
- Interoperability of governance approaches

As the former Microsoft Head of Artificial intelligence National Skills Initiative, I totally welcome the idea of embracing tools in tech, we see how these tools can make us human more productive however I am also big on ensure it's safe, well introspected and taken seriously.
In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

Maybe sustainability, there are those who see Ai as a toy.
How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.
Many people looking into governance from their perspectives, that causes too much noise, produces unsynchronized and unactionable roadmap.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
Identifying players and mandates for each sector,where these players works with academia and industry to address the gaps with executable roadmaps
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
Dialogues produces thoughts, then it gives pointers as take away, it would be good if we have a mechanism to monitor if these pointers were able to implemented. A robust implementation plan can then be shared amongst others as historical data for adoption by the others
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
As previously mentioned, their past effort ,pipeline effort and historical data ( both success and failures ) can be documented and shared as a Digital Library.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
It is the community that will be impacted by the Ai and the rollout of the governance model.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Grouping the audiences according to their role in Ai governance, each group should consist a mix of law makers, industry players, academia and so on. Most importantly their role must come with the Ai governance roll out maturity level.Example if I have rolled out Ai governance and I failed is code blue, if succeeded code green, these will show how we can connect and collate
Please share examples of policies, practices, platforms, or approaches that promote effective AI governance or offer concrete solutions to addressing its challenges.

Effective Ai governance works when there is adequate number of stakeholders taking part in the process of developing the policies. That is the rule of thumb. Getting feedbacks and developing the model should go agile. Next implementation is key, without which everything else is mere documents.
