In the last three years, I served as a Global Commissioner on the GC REAIM. I believe these would form a bridge between cross-cutting areas.

As a Brazilian, I think all of the above.
What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?
It will play a central role in uniting everyone.
What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
You are on the right track to do so, but we should build a bridge with the initiatives in the military domain.
How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.
Form quick/lightening working groups with a member from each stakeholder. Like the SDGs negotiations.
Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?
Indigenous communities.
What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?
Including youth delegations.
