In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?

Discussions on how to integrate AI into global services that promote eco-system and human-friendly business that leads to peace. Business has been about war to date; competition and outright war for resources et al.

From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

  • Safe, secure and trustworthy AI
  • Social, economic, ethical, cultural, linguistic and technical implications of AI
  • Transparency, accountability, and human oversight
  • Interoperability of governance approaches

Please briefly explain your selection.

We need to use AI for co-creating a unified world that works to meet everyone's needs, not the scarcity confines we face presently that are manufactured narratives to continue the old paradigm models. We need models that bridge AI and Human utility - each doing what the other cannot.

In your opinion, are there any cross-cutting or emerging issues not captured by the listed themes above? If so, please explain.

We talk about peace and stopping wars yet are helpless to do anything about them, until now. This transformation of AI potential puts the power of choice and throughput back in the hands of people with conscience. The mechanistic production environments we've created can be retrofitted from the inside out, building trust within that then spills out into the community.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.

The overall scenario is driven by fear, some spoken, the majority held in silence and unaddressed. People are afraid for their jobs and causing undue friction in their community, company, or profession. We've got to bring people back together as developing communities, not isolated or walled by developers.

What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?

It's recursive function can be engaged to self-check its ethical and moral instructions. Our AI Universal Engine using Spheral Intelligence has the capacity to utilized read-only data from a host of sources to create the critical path toward peace or bringing a company out of the Z Score pit.

What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?
