AI systems pose significant risks to human rights, including privacy violations, algorithmic discrimination, and threats to freedom of expression. While offering benefits like improved services, AI can amplify societal biases and enable mass surveillance, often operating without transparency or accountability. Addressing these risks requires human-centric, transparent AI design and robust regulatory frameworks.
