In your opinion, what outcomes would make the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance a success?

Globally aligned requirements and limitations on AI applications, establishment of council/controlling body to follow the guidance

From your perspective, which of the following thematic areas identified by the General Assembly Resolution 79/325 for the AI Dialogue reflect your priorities for urgent action and active engagement?

The current rails of AI development in capitalistic markets will take us at one day to a even bigger inequality. Development of AGI does not have any practical use besides scientific but it is not in the control of scientific community but at hands of ambitious and greedy white men. Before we step into too-late-moment we to have human-first-approach that governments, corporations to follow as a responsible society members.

How are the governance gaps and related developments/advances in the thematic areas you selected above affecting your country, region, or sector? Please highlight the most significant challenges.

Lack of mandatory regulations over new tools development including security issues.

What role can the AI Dialogue play in advancing international cooperation on AI governance?

Global alignment on ethical norms and setting no-go decisions on particular ideas.

What are some of the existing initiatives, partnerships, or mechanisms that the AI Dialogue should build upon or connect with, and what added value could the AI Dialogue bring?

Regulator body to insure the security and ethical norms are followed.

How can different stakeholders contribute to the AI Dialogue? Please share recommendations for the format and structure of the AI Dialogue.

Step 1. Distribute members either geographically, either industry wise, let them meet in person and come to a joint vision. Step 2. Similar exercise on a bigger region. Step 3. Then global alignment. All weekly discussions to be facilitated. It will take long time to normalize groups before efficient contribution.

Which voices, communities, or perspectives are currently underrepresented in global discussions on AI governance? How could they be included?

Women, infosec, health physical and mental, sociologists - ensure their presence in every group and ensure them to speak up and register their opinions.

What innovative engagement formats could most effectively foster meaningful and dynamic engagement during the AI Dialogue?

Generate cases and agenda for discussions, generate videos as cases for discussion - with visualization will be easier to make non-technical participants to understand the context. Ensure non-biased info is provided.
